Simulator Mode is a setting on the service administrator that will stop emails from being sent. However, the emails will be marked as Sent by Simulator in the message log.

This setting is useful for testing workflows when you don't want the email to be sent to the recipient.

Hosted

If you are an Access hosted customer, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article as support will need to turn on the simulator mode on your behalf, as you do not have access to the Service Administrator.
