The default email address is used by workflows for administration messages, for example, batch job completion and blocked workflow messages.
This email address will also be used if an employee does not have an email address entered in the Work E-mail field.

To change the default email address, follow these steps.
In the Admin Tool, click Configuration.
Double-click Global, then expand the Mail tab.
Change the Default E-mail Address field to what is required.
Click OK.
