Error: INSERT statement exceeds the maximum number of 1000 row values

SelectHR can only import a maximum of 1000 rows from an Excel spreadsheet at a time.

If the import template contains more than 1000 rows, it must be split into multiple spreadsheets with fewer than 1000 rows each. These can then be imported individually.
