To hide a field from a form, follow the steps below.
In the Admin Tool, click Processes.
Double-click the desired process e.g. Employee - Details.
Double-click the relevant form.
Unlock the form and select the field on the left-hand side
Scroll down on the right-hand side, next to Visible, click No.
Click OK.
