Email recipients for leaver notifications when using the leaver workflow can be managed within the leaver rule.
To set who the leavers' notifications are sent to, follow the steps below.
Under Employees, click Lookups, then select Leaver Rules.
Under Email Recipients related to the Leaver, select the check boxes for each recipient type that are required.
If Additional Recipients are checked, follow the next section.
Click Save to complete.
When using this leaver rule, an email will be generated for those selected as configured within the Leaver Workflow.
Additional Recipients
After having clicked Save, a new Additional Email Recipients tab appears.
On the Additional Email Recipients tab, click New.
Use the drop-down and select one of the three Recipient types:
Another Email address: Allows typing the exact email address of the recipient.
Current Post Occupants: Allows selection of a post and will email any employees who are assigned to it.
Security Users by Group Number: Allows to selection of a group.
Click Save & Return to complete.
Repeat steps 2 to 4 for as many additional recipients as are required.
