View training needs as a self service user

Steps for an employee to view their own training needs.

An employee can view their own training needs by following the steps below.

  1. When logged into a self service menu, click Additional, then click My Development.

  2. Click My Training Needs.

  3. The employee can then click into each record to view more details.

πŸ“Œ Note: These steps apply to the standard self service menu-set (for example, Self Service v1.8.2). If you use a customised menu-set, the options and navigation may differ.
