Export definitions built in the Administrator Tool are not supported on the SelectHR website, so it is not possible to add these to a menu set for users to launch.
Due to the complexities involved in setting this up, this is outside the scope of support.
If you require similar functionality, this can be achieved through a custom listing or a Crystal Report. Please contact your Account Manager to discuss your options, along with any associated costs.
