Action a task from the task list

Action a running task from the self service menu set.

To view the Task List in the self service menu set, follow these steps.

  1. Click on Additional, Actions & Disputes, My Task List.

  2. Click on the Icon next to the Task Description to open the Task.

  3. Click Action this task.

When actioning tasks from the task kist, you will see an icon and a task description.

To action a task, the icon for that task is what needs to be clicked.


If you only click the text/description of the task, you will not be taken to action the task, the record will instead either just highlight or add a tick into the task list check box.
