Most listings in SelectHR will have a filter which which will only show current employees on a listing.
This soft filter can be removed to show employees who are not yet current.
Remove the default filter
To be able to see leavers and future starters on a people listing, follow these steps.
In the Employees zone, click Employees, then click Details.
A listing will now be shown. At the top of the listing, you will see an icon called Filtered or Filtered/Grouped. Click on the Filtered/Grouped Icon.
A new filter section will be displayed. Click on the small x next to Exactly Like 'Current'.
The listing will now refresh to show leavers and future starters.
If the listing is configured to not show anything but current employees, then these steps will not work as the filter is configured not to be removed.
If this does not work for you, this may suggest that your listing has a non soft filter applied to it which removes non current employees by the way it is configured.
These can sometimes be difficult to identify, so if you are unable to show future starters/leavers in your listing, then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article so we can look into this for you.
It should be noted that if we identify that there is no filter available on your system which has the ability to show leavers/future starters, then this would need to be referred to our consultancy team to build you a custom filter for implementation of this functionality.
