All documents are saved the the SelectCDMS database as binary code.

If you are not hosted with Access, the documents will be stored wherever your SelectCDMS database is located.

However, as documents are uploaded to the document store as binary code, unless you have a tool to convert that binary back into a document, you won't be able to simply open them as you would in File Explorer.

The easiest way to view the documents is from the document store in the Admin Tool itself, as the user interface will convert these documents from binary to a standard document for you.

You can export documents from the Admin Tool by right clicking on the document and clicking export.

However, you can only do this with one document at a time. This is due to the fact that the system is only equipped to convert one of document back to it's original file format at a time.
