Delete a document from File Links
Open the relevant process file links are on (e.g., Details/Career History).
Open the employee record.
Click File Links, then select the record you wish to delete.
Click Delete.
If you cannot see the delete button, you will need to enable the file deletion functionality.
Enable File Link deletions
In the Admin Tool, click Menus.
Open the relevant menu set record the file links are accessed on e.g., HR (v2.0).
On the left, click the zone as you see it on the website.
On the right, double-click the process name (e.g, Details/Career History).
On the left, single-click the form name that the file links are on.
On the right, expand User Interface.
Tick the Allow file delete option.
Click Apply, then click OK.
Delete from the Admin Tool
Alternatively, you can delete documents directly via the Document Store in the Admin Tool.
To do this, follow the steps below.
In the Admin Tool, click Document Store.
On the left-hand side, click the SelectHR folder.
Click into the relevant folder e.g, Person.
Right-click on the document, then click Delete.
