To enable or disable a workflow, follow these steps.
In the Admin Tool, click Workflow Configuration.
Locate and single-click the workflow you want to enable or disable from the list.
On the right, click Edit the selected workflow.
Single click on the Enabled row to change the Enabled / Disabled status of the Workflow.
Enabled workflows will show as 🟢
Disabled workflows will show as 🔴
Click OK.
