This error is caused by the SQL code being used in the export functionality being invalid. The error message will prompt one time for each incorrect syntax, so if you are prompted with this error, it is possible to clear the error prompt by clicking OK several times until the error ceases.
This can sometimes occur when the SQL code is copied from an application such as Microsoft Teams, where the copy function includes more than the range of code selected. It is recommended to check the SQL by pasting it into the SQL tab of the data export first to ensure it does not contain any text that should not be there.
Please note that support is unable to provide advice on custom SQL queries, but we do recommend checking in with your IT Team if you are struggling to build a functioning SQL query. Alternatively, you can manually build the data export within the administrator tool query builder.
