Emails for timesheets are not being sent

Manager is not receiving an email when a timesheet is recieved.

Inline with the standard configuration, the timesheet process does not contain a messaging stage, therefore, no email is sent to managers.

However, there is an alert that appears on screen when managers log in.

Once a timesheet is submitted, a manager can view timesheets by following these steps.

  1. Log into the Manager menu set.

  2. Click Additional, then click People.

  3. Click Timesheets.

  4. Check out the Awaiting Approval list. This should contain the submitted timesheets.
