This error message is due to the candidate either not having enough information or the information is not in the correct format.

Typical examples would be:
The bank sort code on the payroll tab has hyphens.
There are spaces in the postcode or phone number.
There is no level on the education records.
No effective date on the employee's career history
To overcome the error, ensure that any hyphens (-) are removed from the Sort Code field on the affected candidate record in Access Recruit. You should then be able to convert the candidate successfully.

This issue can also be caused by an incorrect NI Number. Check the NI number is valid before clicking Convert Employee.
