To be able to invite Users to Access Evo and SelectHR Mobile via the Access Evo Mobile App, you need to send them an invite via the Manage Access Evo Invites process.

If you're encountering an error message when loading this process, it suggests that one of the security tokens generated upon login to both Access Evo and SelectHR is either expired or not valid.

Usually, you can resolve this by fully logging out of each system and logging back in again. We advise clearing all your browser cache before logging back into each system.
Recommended process
Follow the steps below.
Open your preferred web browser (Google Chrome works best).
Log in to Access Evo.
Using the 9-dot grid in Access Evo, click the SelectHR button to log in to SelectHR.
You should not close the Access Evo tab - this must remain open alongside the SelectHR tab.
In SelectHR, navigate to the Manage Workspace Invites process by clicking Admin, Additional, Access Evo, Manage Access Evo Invites.
This automatically validates your session and allows you to view subscriptions available to you, where you can send the Evo Invites from.

If you still get an error after following the above steps precisely, fully log out of both SelectHR and Access Evo, and then log in fully to each platform and try again.
