If you’re new to Access Evo, you should’ve received a sign-up email to your work email address. Click the link within this email. The username auto-populates with your work email address stored in SelectHR, but you need to create a new password for your account.
📌 Note: If accessing the URL directly (https://go.accessacloud.com/), your username is your work email address stored in SelectHR.
Once you create your new password, you can log in and arrive at Access Evo.
Now that you're integrated with Access Evo, you no longer need to use the SelectHR URL. You can log into SelectHR directly from Access Evo using the 9-dot menu in the upper left-hand corner of the page.
Open SelectHR from Access Evo
Log in to Access Evo.
In the top left corner, click on the 9-dot menu icon.
Click the SelectHR icon.
SelectHR opens in a tab within Access Evo so you can work from different workspaces and SelectHR simultaneously.
To save time, add SelectHR apps to your workspace. These display high-level information and allow you to quickly access key data in one place.
Single Sign-On (SSO) information
If SSO is enabled
If you have Single Sign-On enabled by default using Access Identity, you'll be logged directly into your account.
If SSO is not enabled
If you don’t have Single Sign-On enabled with Access Identity, you’ll need to log in to SelectHR manually with your SelectHR credentials. These may be different from your Access Evo credentials.
In Access Evo, your username is your work email address.
In SelectHR, your username is your user account assigned by your HR team.
Next steps
Once you’ve successfully located SelectHR in Access Evo, check whether you're an administrator for SelectHR. If so, you can assign roles to other users or invite existing users to Access Evo.
If Access Evo Members integration is enabled in your system, invites are sent automatically. If not, you’ll need to manually resend invites from SelectHR.
If a user still doesn't receive their Access Evo invite, contact your designated HR administrator. If you’re unsure who this is, please reach out to us.
As part of the move to Access Evo, new starters need a work email address to log in and complete onboarding.
