Check the schedule(s) used by the employee’s working pattern:

Ensure that the totals days for all periods in a schedule do not exceed 1

  1. From the Employees menu, select Pattern then Working Schedules.

  2. Open the employee’s Schedule and select the Periods tab.

  3. In the Days column, check that the Total does not exceed 1.

  4. Open each period record and enter a correct value for Days so that the total for a schedule does not exceed 1. E.g. For a day split in half with lunch in the middle, the Days for the period before lunch is 0.5, and the period after lunch is 0.5. Total for this schedule is now 1.

Soft delete and re-enter the employee’s absence
