If a live to test has recently been completed, and Members Integration has been left on, there is a chance that your test system may continue to send out-of-date data to Access Evo.

To check this if the integration is enabled in your test site, follow these steps.

  1. Log in to the SelectHR test website with the HR (v2.0) Menu Set.

  2. In the Configuration zone, click Configuration, then Access Evo Settings.

  3. Check to ensure that the Enabled checkbox does not have a tick.

  4. If the Enabled option is ticked, untick it and click Save.

It is also advised to turn off the Members Integration batch job using the test Admin Tool by following these steps.

  1. Log in to the Test Administrator Tool then click Batch Jobs.

  2. Double click SYSTEM - Members Integration.

  3. In the Enabled row, click on the small green dot with Yes next to it - this should turn red and say No.

  4. Click OK.

This will ensure your test system never submits data to your live Access Evo.

If Members Integration has been disabled in your test system please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
