This indicates that a pay element has been entered onto a pay history record which is not mapped with SelectPay. As a result, the record is failing to send via the Service Administrator into the SelectPay System.
The pay element will need to be mapped for you, as you will not have the tools required to perform the mapping.
Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Please also include the following:
The exact name of the pay element in SelectHR.
The exact name of the pay element it should link with in SelectPay.
Name of the payroll that the change is for e.g. Monthly.
