This is usually caused by the Access Evo login token including a character that cannot be deciphered by SelectHR.

This is easy to resolve, but requires your browser cache/cookies to be completely cleared in order to start a fresh session with a new Access Evo login token.

Please completely clear your cache and cookies on your web browser and attempt the login again, ensuring you select the All Time option during the cleardown.
