This error means that the absence in Access People Planner has generated with a blank DatahubAbsenceID (00000-00000-000000-00000).
SelectHR rejects this absence due to validation which prevents the Absence Identifier coming through as empty, as this would cause data issues in SelectHR.
The absence will need to be deleted in Access People Planner, then recreated to resubmit the absence to SelectHR.
