We commit to reviewing all ideas regularly. Each idea has a six-month cycle during which you can vote for it. At the end of the cycle, we accept or close all open ideas, allowing us to keep the portal easy to use and ensure new ideas stay visible and relevant.

Sign in using your work email address.
Click ADD A NEW IDEA.
Select the relevant workspace for your idea.
Enter a one sentence summary.
Add more details. For example, describe the benefits of implementing it.
Describe the challenge this idea would help you overcome.
To upload relevant files, click Attach files, browse for your file, and click Open.
Click ADD IDEA.
You can come back to your idea and check its status.
AHA status types
We describe in the table below all AHA statuses your ideas can have during its journey.
Status | When is this used? |
Under review | Once you submit your idea, we review it, make a decision and change its status. |
Open for Voting | We reviewed the idea. |
Added To Product Backlog | We captured this idea in our product roadmap backlog and will endeavour to solve the challenge the submitter outlined. |
Now Available | We promoted the idea to a feature and implemented it. |
Already Planned | This idea is already on a future roadmap. |
Closed - Already Exists | This functionality is available. |
Closed - Will Not Implement | We haven't promoted the idea to a feature and won't implement it. |
Closed - Not Applicable | This idea won't be brought forward. |

Voting on an idea lets us know this is something important to your organisation and helps us understand which ideas are popular.
To vote on an idea, next to the idea description, click Vote. We can view the companies voting for an idea, and we may contact you if we need further details.
