To filter by the current holiday rule in any holiday details list for your employees, you need to create a view for the holiday rule field.
Unless you're an experienced SelectHR administrator, we recommend reaching out to your account manager for guidance on having the filter created for you. Building views and altering the standard lists for you falls outside your support plan.
