This error usually occurs because some nominals have been entered on a Non-Payable Pay Element in SelectPay. Most frequently, the impacted elements are Auto Daily Rate & Auto Hourly Rate.
If you see this error message as an XML Response against a payroll submission, please raise a case directly with the SelectPay support team.
