This error occurs when you try to log in to an application via Access Identity without having an active Access Evo account.

This can happen if an employee’s email address is updated in SelectHR, but not updated in Access Evo. When this happens, Access Identity cannot match the login details to an active Evo account.

To resolve the issue:

  • Check that the user exists in Access Evo.

  • Ensure the account is active and the invite has been accepted.

  • If the employee’s email address has recently changed in SelectHR, make sure the same change has been made in Access Evo.

If the issue persists after checking the Members area in Access Evo, please raise a case for further investigation.
