If the date set field for the Objective is in the future, those records will not appear in the listing until that date.

The appraisals module objectives tab is designed this way by default to cater to the scenario where you set objectives that you do not want to assign to a person yet, so you set an objective date with a value in the future.

This could be an objective at the beginning of a new year/quarter/job role, etc., and the person should only be able to see the current objectives they are evaluated against. This is handled by utilising the Current Open Objectives by Appraisal Number filter.

It is possible to change this, but it would need to go through our consultancy team as a change request.

If you would like to proceed with consultancy to change the way this appraisal functionality works, you can contact your account manager to arrange a session to make this change. Alternatively, support can reach out to them on your behalf once you confirm the full details of the desired change. Your account manager will also be able to confirm whether a charge is applied.
Objectives are missing from the Appraisal History in self service
Objectives can be seen in HR menu-set, but the user cannot see them.
