Holiday hours are not sending to PeoplePlanner for variable workers

Annual leave hours are not pushing through from People Planner and are therefore not deducting from entitlements.

This only applies to employees on a variable working pattern or zero hours contracts.

For holidays sent from PeoplePlanner to be correctly calculated in SelectHR, the Override tick box must be selected for the absence within Access PeoplePlanner.

When the override box is ticked, SelectHR will distribute the hours equally across the selected days. This ensures that the hours are correctly deducted from the employee's holiday entitlement.
