If you experience this error when opening the service administrator program, this indicates an error with the SSL certificate of the SelectPay Web Service. to troubleshoot this, you can follow the below steps.
On the web server, open the Internet Information Services Manager (IIS).
Expand Sites.
Click Default Web Site so it is highlighted.
Under the Actions heading on the right, click Bindings.
Click https, then click Edit.
Ensure there is an SSL certificate in the dropdown menu. If there are no options, you will need to ask local IT to create one.
