You may see the following message when trying to send a user an Evo Mobile invite:
1 Workspace invite(s) were not sent as the user(s) already exist.
Failed to add and invite user(s).
An error has occurred, sending the details to Workspace.
This is a known issue that is being actively investigated by our development team.
Please raise a case with the support team so we can investigate and resolve this for you.
