This issue is caused by a custom security policy that has been put in place on your Access Evo organisation settings.

The SelectHR workflow which deals with sending out mobile invites is unable to authorise your login credentials, as it is not compatible with the custom security policy within Access Evo.

As a result, this workflow can not be used to send out invites.

There are two options available to resolve this issue:

  1. Remove the custom security policy from Access Evo.
By removing the custom security policy, you will remove any custom security settings established by that policy. This will not remove the standard security functionality that comes with Access Identity, but if you are unsure of what settings are included within your custom policy, please speak to your IT Team.

  2. Implement an OIDC provider into SelectHR (this is Single Sign On) with the WorkspaceManagement flag set to 1 (true).
This would allow the workflow to automatically authenticate against using the OIDC provider and will make the workflow functional again.

This is not something the support team can implement for you, as it requires configuration changes that can only be made via our consultancy team.

Implementing Single Sign On would incur a charge, but it is the only way to get this functionality restored to work with your custom security policy within Access Evo.

If you are interested in having this functionality implemented, please contact your Account Manager to raise this request.
