If an employee is missing from your custom Crystal Report, it usually means that the reportโs filters or data source relies on certain fields that are incomplete or missing for that employee.
Custom reports only return records that meet specific data conditions. If a required field (such as department, pay record, or employment status) is missing or incorrect, the employee may not appear in the results.
To check how the report is built, export it into crystal reports if you are hosted to check the configuration.
