This error appears when the criteria in your data export does not match the field type. For example, entering text into a date field or using the wrong date format will cause the export to fail.
To fix this, make sure the criteria you enter is compatible with the field type.
Date fields: only enter dates, using the format DD/MMM/YYYY (for example, 25/Dec/2024).
Number (integer) fields: only enter whole numbers, with no letters, symbols, or spaces.
Example
Incorrect: typing January into a date field.
Correct: entering 01/Jan/2025.
If the error continues after correcting your criteria, remove all criteria and re-add them one at a time to identify which field is causing the issue.
