When using the organisation structure to view Posts in <Unit Name> or Direct Occupants, an error may appear and stop you from accessing the information.
After careful consideration, it has been decided that based on our assessment, this scenario does not significantly impact the functionality of the product. As a result, this will not be reviewed further by the Development Team.
You can still view the relevant posts by using the workaround provided below.
Workaround
You can still access the posts for a unit by using the filters in the Post Management process.
Click Organisation, click Organisation, then click Post Management.
Use the Unit Name column to filter posts by the relevant unit.
This will show all posts for that area without needing to use the organisation structure.
