Link training requirements to posts so they are automatically assigned to employees when they are placed into a role.

Ensure employees are automatically assigned the correct training by linking training needs to a post.

Linking training needs to a post allows any employee who is assigned to that post to automatically inherit the required training needs on their record, helping maintain compliance and consistency.

To create training needs for a post, follow these steps.

  1. Click Organisation, then click Organisation.

  2. Click Post Management, then click Training Needs.

  3. Click New.

  4. Select the relevant course and enter the required within date.

  5. Click Save.
