Ensure employees are automatically assigned the correct training by linking training needs to a post.
Linking training needs to a post allows any employee who is assigned to that post to automatically inherit the required training needs on their record, helping maintain compliance and consistency.
To create training needs for a post, follow these steps.
Click Organisation, then click Organisation.
Click Post Management, then click Training Needs.
Click New.
Select the relevant course and enter the required within date.
Click Save.
