Eploy Document Transfer
We've introduced automatic transfer of candidate documents from Eploy into SelectHR during onboarding.
What was the challenge?
Documents received from candidates in Eploy required manual handling to bring them across into SelectHR, creating extra administrative work during onboarding.
What's changed?
Documents received from Eploy are now automatically sent over to SelectHR
Transferred documents are stored against the employee's record in the Person Details area
Benefits
Faster onboarding with documents available in SelectHR without manual transfer
Reduced administrative burden for HR and recruitment teams
Centralised document storage alongside other employee records
📌 Note: Right-to-work document mapping is not part of this release — full guidance on this feature will be available in user guides on the portal.
