For any employees who take their holidays in days, you can bulk assign holiday rules.
You can do this if:
You need to apply a holiday rule to multiple employees.
Multiple employees have the wrong rule associated with their holiday history, and you need to correct it.
You need to change the carryover rules for multiple employees, for a single holiday year, without affecting previous holiday year records.
To assign a holiday rule to multiple employees in bulk, follow the steps below.
Click Absence, then click Absence.
Click Holiday History, select who you wish to update, then click Update Holiday Rule.
Select your chosen rule, then click Continue.
Select the relevant holiday year, then click Continue to complete.
π€ Tip: If you need to just change an individual's holiday rule, you can do this directly via their holiday history record.
