You should have been contacted to inform you that the updates were due to be applied.
Please make sure you have configured your system to decide who should receive the email regarding upcoming updates.
Once the updates have begun, expect your system to be down for up to 90 minutes.
If the updates are taking longer than expected, please raise a case with support.
