Remove a user from a group by following one of the options below.

Via the website

  1. In the Configuration zone, click User & Group Management.

  2. Select the Groups tab, then click on the appropriate group.

  3. Select the Members tab, then click on the individual you wish to remove.

  4. Click Delete and click Yes to confirm.

  5. Click Okay to complete the action.


Via the Admin Tool

  1. In the Admin Tool, click Groups.

  2. Double-click into a group and expand Members.

  3. Click the appropriate person and click Remove.

  4. Click Yes to confirm and click OK.
