To amend the body of an existing mail merge template, follow the steps below.
In the Admin Tool, click Mail Merges.
Find and double-click the Mail Merge that needs amending. A Mail Merge Properties window appears.
On the Template And Merge Data tab, click View/Edit Template (in blue).
Make the appropriate amendments.
To save the amendments, in the top right, click Close (X). The document saves on closure; therefore, the Save button on the Word document should not be used.
On the Mail Merge Properties window, click OK to finalise the changes.
