Pay History record has a fixed end date after appointment end date has been removed

When you add an end date to an appointment record, this action will also trigger the same fixed end date to be added to all active pay history records to ensure that they are all ended on the same date.

If you then need to make a change to the end date of the appointment (or remove it entirely), this will also then require you to manually remove the fixed end dates from any pay history records that should also be altered or re-enabled.
