Enable the run mail merge function on a process

Allow mail merges to be run from a process.

The example below shows how to enable the Run Merge option against the Probation Reviews area of the system. However, the same steps can be followed to put this in place in any area of the system.

  1. In the Admin Tool, click Menus.

  2. Select the HR Menu Set you normally use.

  3. Click Employees under Employees and double-click on Career History on the right.

  4. Locate the form Meeting Details (Form) and click once.

  5. Expand the User Interface section by clicking the green downwards arrow.

  6. Tick the option Allow Mail Merge.

  7. Press OK.

The Run Merge option will now be visible on the front end.
