Error: User/database/unlock is invalid

Error in event log when viewing payslips.

This error may appear for one of the following reasons.

  • The SelectPay unlock does not have SelectHR enabled.

  • The SelectPay database doesn't have an unlock assigned.

  • A former integrated database is still configured in the SelectHR Service administrator.

  • The assigned unlock is due to expire in the current period.

If you are hosted with Access for SelectHR and SelectPay, please raise a new case with the SelectPay support team.
