Payroll service issue
It is possible that your integration between SelectHR and SelectPay is not turned on.
If you are hosted with Access, please raise a case for us to check, as you do not have access to the Service Administrator.

SelectPay unlock issue
If you are seeing no payslips in SelectHR, it is possible that the SelectPay unlock has expired.
If you see a message relating to an unlock, please raise directly with the SelectPay support team.
