Edit the visible absence types for group calendars
Marking absence types as restricted allows them to appear in a limited view (e.g., greyed out) rather than fully hidden.
To change which absence types are visible and which are restricted on a group calendar, follow the steps below.
In the Admin Tool, click Processes, click Edit the Selected Process in the right-hand side of the window.
Click Calendar (URL) from the left pane.
Click Customise process functions.
Click Calendar Visible Absence types function name.
Click Edit Function from the right hand side.
Click the drop-down for Data Filter option.
Choose the appropriate filter.
📌 Note: Any absence type not included in the filter results will be considered a restricted absence type on this calendar.
Click Finish.
