Typically, this behaviour is present on Windows 10 where a larger font is being used to compensate for a high screen resolution. Whether you're hosted with the Access Group or on-premise, follow the relevant steps in the table below:

Raise a case with support to get a fix implemented.

On Premise

  1. Navigate to the root install for the admin tool.

  2. Right-click AccessSelect.administrator.exe.

  3. Click Properties.

  4. Highlight the Compatibility tab.

  5. Click Change settings for all users.

  6. Click Change high DPI settings.

  7. Tick Override high DPI scaling behavior.

  8. Select System from the associated drop-down menu.

  9. Ensure the Windows' Display setting for Change the size of text, apps and other items is set to 100% (Recommended).
