Access Evo: Missing employees in Manage Access Evo Invites process

For an employee to show within the Manage Access Evo Invites process (previously manage workspace invites), the following requirements must be met.

  • The employee must have an effective status of current.

    • Ensure that they have an appointment with a start date on or before today's date.

    • Ensure that the System - Update Employee Snapshot batch job has run if the employee doesn't show as current when their start date is historic.

  • The employee must have a valid email address.

πŸ“Œ Note: When an invite has been sent to an employee, their record is moved to the invited tab. It is worth checking in the Invited or Accepted tabs to ensure they haven't already been sent or accepted an invite.
