Failed to add and invite user(s)! This user already exists as a Guest and must be invited to this organisation before they can be imported.

If you are getting this error message when trying to invite a user to Access Evo in SelectHR, this means that their email address is already in use on Access Evo as an existing guest user, and that you need to invite the guest user to your organisation.

You should be able to do this in Access Evo, but you also have the option of support deleting the Access Evo guest user, which allows you to successfully apply the invite which will in turn generate them a new Access Evo user account.

πŸ“Œ Note: Any expenses or records assigned in Access Evo will be lost forever if you proceed with the deletion, so consider this before placing the request.
