Error when saving export/performing an import: This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer

It is likely that you are trying to save to or open a file from a drive that you do not have access to.

This is most commonly experienced by hosted customers when trying to save to or open from the desktop, whereby you may be selecting the desktop of the remote PC your Administrator Tool is hosted on, rather than the desktop of your own PC.

When you are hosted with us, during your project to become hosted, you may opt to have one of your internal network drives connected to the remote desktop where the Admin Tool is located. This is the drive that you will need to save any data exports to, or open the file for an Import from.

Internal network drives are not showing for selection

This would suggest that you did not have these connections from hosted to your internal network set up and as a result, you will not be able to save the data export directly to your PC or create an Import directly from a file on your personal PC.

Error message when selecting internal network drive

This would suggest that you do not have permission to access the network drive internally. You will need to speak to your IT Team about being given the required permissions to access the network drive.
