This error message occurs because when the Admin Tool is loaded, it uses a cloud domain and an account on that cloud domain on Access hosting platform. If something is attempted to be exported to your machine automatically via a batch job the denied error occurs because that account doesn't exist on your domain.
Certain reports can be exported from the hosted server, like cloud accounts documents and these can be transferred manually to your machine or another place on your domain. Normally, this cannot be done automatically, and it is recommended to force the batch job to run manually as this exports the file successfully.
If you desire for an alternative method to be set up, your CSM or Account Manager will be able to get a plan in place for you. Your IT team will need to liaise with our hosting team to set up a command between our hosted servers and your servers.
Error message example: Access to the path 'D:\program files(x86)\access applications\selectHR v3.3.0\administrator\current salary.csv' is denied.
This indicates that the cloud user does not have permissions to write to the server. You should instead save directly into the document store, or to the desktop to ensure that you have the full permissions.
Other possible cause
This message often occurs when the data transfer activity is set to save to a local location rather than the document store:
With the Admin Tool, click Workflow Configuration.
Select the workflow and click edit, then click Open Designer.
Double click the Transfer activity that is failing.
Set to Export to the document store and set a location, then click OK to save.
